The field trip to the Shangri-La Village, one of the premium hotels in the valley was fun cum educational trip to our students.
At the start the GRE of Shangri-La Village Resort, introduced the students to the discrete departments of the hotel and revealed the system followed therein. Students acquired numerous information right from the reservation of rooms, operations of housekeeping, introducing hotel amenities, to the Food & beverage functioning. The visit mission was doubled up when the executive chef and the F&B manager gave an inspirational briefing . The visit was ended by a warm hearted dinner arrangement for students which vividly showed how the great ambiance is maintained in A1 luxurious hotel
